Heavy Duty transmission shaft produced in Italy by a specialized company that can be installed on all Samurai and Sj Long wheel base.This particular shaft has the length from closed identical to the original shafts but has the possibility to stretch up to 5 cm more than the original, it is therefore ideal on structures over +5cm and it is perfect even for non lift suspension.These shafts are balanced 2800 RPM and use high quality DANA SPICER cruises and not agricultural components as much of the economic products.At the top you can choose the type of shaft suitable for your model by checking the first three letters of the chassis number.Specifications of the different models: the Spanish and Japanese models have 4 8mm holes with 45mm SAE45 centering; the Canadian model has 4 10mm holes with 45mm SAE45 centering; the SJ410 model has 4 8mm holes with a 42mm SAE42 centering.
This particular shaft, designed to eliminate any vibration and any danger of breaking, is built by making the following improvements to the standard shafts: sliding joint with grease nipple, with a larger diameter than the original; flange elongation capacity up to 10 cm, ideal for raised structures, avoids the insertion of the extensions eliminating any form of vibration; increased and normalized sizes, that can be purchased from each spare parts, equipped with grease nipple, with a working angle of 10° above the original; high quality forged flanges that allow the inclination of the cruises up to 35° allowing their use even with raised structures; tube with increased diameter, 60mm against the 50mm of the original, carefully balanced to prevent any form of vibration; sliding up to 10 cm with RILSAN-coated metal protection cover with protective O-ring, allows protection of the sliding against damage caused by stones, sand and the like and protects the slide from dirt.
