This kit, manufactured entirely in Italy, allows the installation of a Suzuki Samurai and SJ t-case on all Suzuki Jimny diesel models.
It is compatible with all Samurai and SJ transfer case.
The support wraps around the t-case and secures it at 15 points (originally only 8), preventing twisting even under stress.
It is made of TIG-welded and galvanized C45 steel and is easy to install without modifications using the bolts provided.
The kit also includes an electronic sensor bracket and a solid-machined phonic wheel for installing the original Suzuki Jimny speedometer of any model without any modifications.
The installation of a Samurai t-case is necessary first and foremost to be able to install a wide range of super-low gears with the most suitable ratio for use, but also to replace the original Jimny reduction gear, which is much more delicate and unsuitable for heavy-duty use.
To complete the modification, you will need to purchase a Samurai or Sj t-case and shorten the original central shaft or, alternatively, purchase the appropriate shaft, which you can find by clicking here, and, if necessary, a super reduction kit for Samurai or Sj.
The adjustments that will need to be made to the vehicle are the shaping of the reduction gear lever and the drilling of the front drive shaft.

All adapters are compatible with all Samurai and Sj t-case flanges with 1300cc engines. If you need to install an Sj410 transfer case, check that sae45 flanges are installed.
