Pair of reinforced front shock absorbers for Suzuki Vitara original height. Entirely produced in Italy, they are suitable for heavy use of the vehicle. They are replaced without making any changes.

The shock absorbers are made with internally lapped mechanical steel tube, are phosphated to prevent corrosion and are painted with epoxy powders, which makes them immune to attack from atmospheric agents and resistant to paint stripping.

The bushings are made of polyurethane, a material resistant to deformation and wear.

All components are sintered for maximum control over calibration and the seals are in graphite-coated Teflon to improve smoothness and silence.

The shock absorbers have the same calibration as the originals but you can ask us for a custom calibration at no extra cost.

They can be re-calibrated and revised in all their parts, and in the first year after purchase, the re-calibration, upon your request, is carried out free of charge in order to adapt the shock absorber to the needs of your off-road route.

Inside each shock absorber there is a first internal limit switch in extension resistant up to 5000kg and a second polyurethane limit switch that slows down the last 10mm of stroke to avoid excessive stress on the frame supports. They can be used as a travel limit for the bridge.

ROTHEN oil with a high viscosity index is used for their realization, which guarantees the maintenance of the calibration up to 200° C, therefore these Suzuki Vitara shock absorbers are also suitable for heavy use and desert raids.
