Roll cage in cold drawn steel tubes FE 35.2 without welding, having a tensile strength not less than 35.2 kg / sqmm

It is completely removable to facilitate installation or to allow occasional use, in fact it is possible to leave only the internal part installed to increase safety in all conditions and occasionally mount the external rollcage.

The junctions are made with the sleeves made from solid made and dimensioned according to Annex J of the FIA ​​rules (Italian Automobile Federation), it is therefore possible to use this rollcage for races where a rollbar is required according to law Fia.

Each tube is cut and bent with specific machinery while the welding and assembly of the tubes are carried out with TIG technology.

It is assembled using a shell as a template for maximum precision and ease of assembly.

This hybrid configuration includes an external front part and an internal rear part that allows to mount the cloth hood and the rigid hardtop without any problem.

It is anchored in 4 points on the bodywork duly reinforced with counterplates and centrally with a boxed steel structure that wraps around the original central arch and acts as a connection between the external part and the internal part, together with the rollcage are supplied with steel bushings to reinforce the central arch internally and the brackets that improve in fixing the bow to the rest of the bodywork.

On request all the anchor points to the body can be connected to the frame.

The roll cage is supplied completely powder-coated with a matt black embossed scratch-resistant finish; on request it can be made to measure and painted in the most common colors.

Give the attention to details of the processing of the individual pieces, which implies the pipes-cutting, their bending, welding, assembly and finally painting, the realisation of the roll cage may require production times that vary according to different parts' availability in stock.
