Synergy MFG Multi-Rate Front Coil Springs for Jeep JL/JLU and Gladiator JT. These springs are unique to the JL and Gladiator and are not shared with the JK or any other vehicle. Like the stock springs, Synergy coil springs are uniquely sized to account for the differences in loading at each corner of the vehicle. The springs are designed to work with up to .75" (1.9 cm) front spacers without requiring an additional spacer for the bump stops. The multi-rate design has a softer initial rate that prevents the spring from loosening in the spring strut, even with long travel shocks. The springs are tuned slightly stiffer than the OEM springs to account for the additional weight of bumpers, winches, skid plates and gears.

Specs:
  • 2-door lift +6"/15.2 cm
  • 4-door lift +5"/12.7 cm
  • Spring load (initial/travel) 115/120 lb/in
  • Compressed length 7.59"/19.27 cm
  • Min. extended length 23"/58.42 cm
  • Min. bump stop distance 2"/5 cm

Benefits:
  • Increased ride quality
  • Increased wheel travel/articulation/traction
  • No spring sag

Features:

Multi-Rate coil springs allow for longer spring length and travel.
Spring rates are similar to stock to maintain payload and towing capacity.
Coil spring block heights are designed to match common bump stop distances to optimize wheel travel
Spring rates are frequency balanced and tuned to maximize spring performance on-road and off-road suspension
Abrasion-resistant black powder coat finish for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.

Notes:

Coil springs require proper buffer spacing.
Lift is based on fully loaded Rubicon 3.6L models with HD front and rear bumpers and winch. Other models will have more lift.
Coil springs maintain the stock vehicle rake.
For a level ride with no load on a JT Gladiator, a front spring that is 1" or 2" taller than the rear is required, depending on the model.
Up to 3/4" of front spring spacer may be added to level the vehicle.
Min bump stop spacing listed is the minimum amount of bump stop spacing required to prevent the springs from going into coil bind. Do not use less bump stop spacing.
