This Jimny front axle-only drive shaft system, installable on all Suzuki Jimny models, is designed to solely transmit torque, as the vehicle's weight and all forces acting on the wheels are transferred through the hubs. Given the same diameter and materials, a drive shaft with only front-wheel drive is much more resistant than a standard system.
The diameter of the drive shaft has been increased and machined to fit into the differential housing without the need to turn the hub. The connection point with the splines has been tapered and reinforced to prevent breakage points. The special alloy used in its construction makes it suitable for demanding applications.
In the dropdown menu, please specify if the Jimny has ABS, so that the kit can include the tone ring.

The drive shafts are manufactured in Italy using TPR1 steel with a full heat treatment, which makes the fit extremely resistant while maintaining the torsional properties of the shaft body.
The kit includes flanges to install the front hubs of the Suzuki Samurai onto the rear differential, which are very durable and easy to find.
It can be installed with any type of rear differential, whether original or with a lockable differential such as ARB, Auto Lock, or Spool.
By installing the Samurai front hubs, you also install disc brakes and widen the track width by 25mm per side.
The break point (which is almost impossible to break!) is left outside the hub, protecting the differential from potential damage and making replacement much easier. To replace it, simply unscrew the four hub bolts to access the differential.
