Suzuki Grand Vitara shock absorbers

Shock absorbers Suzuki Grand Vitara until 2005, reinforced front, completely MADE IN ITALY, are elongated by +4 cm compared to the originals.

They are built with internally lapped mechanical steel tube, painted with polyester powders and previously phosphated to prevent corrosion.

Thanks to the installation of these shock absorbers, the hubs tilt 1.75° in order to make a correction of the camber, for a rise of 5 cm, without installing the correction bolts of the same.

They are calibrated in compression like the originals to promote comfort, but more braked in extension to reduce the hopping of the vehicle. This calibration is designed to best adapt to the Italian off-road vehicle and is compatible with any type of lift kit. However, when ordering, the desired one can be chosen without extra charge.

They can be recalibrated and revised in all their parts, and in the first year after purchase, recalibration, on your request, is carried out free of charge in order to adapt the shock absorber to the use you make of your off-road vehicle.

Inside the shock absorbers there is a first internal limit switch in extension resistant up to 5000 kg and a second limit switch in polyurethane which slows down the last 10 mm of stroke to avoid excessive stress on six supports to the frame in case of suspension limit switch.

ROTHEN oil with high viscosity index is used, which guarantees the maintenance of the calibration up to 200° C, therefore these Suzuki Grand Vitara shock absorbers are also suitable for heavy use and raids in the desert.

With these shock absorbers it is not necessary to install the camber correction kit as they correct the camber directly on the supports. For rises greater than 5 cm it is possible to further correct the camber with the appropriate kit.
